Image Medicine Seminar
Image medicine is an ancient school of Chinese medicine founded by the famous doctor Bian Que. Today, this direction is represented and developed by Qigong Grandmaster Xu Mingtang and his disciples all around the world.A rare opportunity to learn the basics of Image Medicine with Professor Xu Mingtang himself, in Riga this September.
Content of the seminar
Image Medicine theory
The three basic concepts of Image Medicine:
- The model of Life in three aspects: Jing or Matter, Qi or Energy, and Shen or Information (Spirit);
- A special cognitive approach - Image thinking;
- Basic methods for life and health research are perception and changing of Image.
Image medicine as a life science is composed of the theoretical basis, the receiving of Image and the changing of Image. Image medicine originates from the teachings of the ancient Chinese physician Bian Qiue and continues to evolve today, connecting ancient knowledge with the modern world.
The core of Image Medicine:
1. Research. How does the Image affect life? What is the meaning of life?
2. How to see the Image?
3. How to change the Image? Changing the wrong Image to the right one.
Pulse diagnostics in Image medicine
- The physical aspect of the pulse
- The energy of the pulse and the thought-form of the pulse.
- Theory and practical exercises.
The concept of developing inner vision
- Theory and practical exercises.
- Image thinking training.
Methods of changing the Image
Theory and practice:
- At the level of jing, qi, shen
- At the Empty or Void level
Demonstration of techniques and hands-on training
- Mantras Tong, Hua, Xiao, Ming, Zou, Yu, San, Bian, Ding, Kong
- Practical examples and training. Treatment of various chronic diseases
- Diagnosis and therapy of unclear illnesses and difficult-to-treat diseases in Image medicine.
Exam
Those who wish to obtain the 5th level (basic level) of Image Therapist will need to take a theory exam. Questions will be announced on the day of the exam and must be answered in writing.
Those wishing to upgrade their Image Therapist level must prepare a presentation of at least three successful treatment cases, including initial diagnosis, own diagnosis, treatment plan and process, and outcome.
The fee for the Image Therapist certificate (level 5 or increasing the existing level) is EUR 108.
